Delivery Status Update

Royal Mail and Parcelforce have announced upcoming strikes on Friday 26th August, Wednesday 31st August, Thursday 8th September and Friday 9th September. 

This will affect:

• Business collections. No collections will take place, delivery offices will be closed and customer service points will be closed.
• Delivery times. Standard 48h delivery parcels will not be delivered on strike days. 

This will affect our Standard Delivery option for UK customers and delivery timescales could be up to 7 days. 

We have introduced a new DHL Express service. This service costs £20 and orders will be dispatched using DHL Express which is a next day service. Orders placed before 9:30am will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after 9:30am will be dispatched the next working day.
