Refund policy

Swim Secure pride ourselves on the quality and life span of our products, however we acknowledge that there may occasionally be faults.

Swim Secure offer our customers a one year guarantee on all Swim Secure products, and we ask our retailers to honour this by offering a replacement on any faulty products within twelve months of purchase.

For every exchange of a faulty product we will offer you a credit for the value of that product, which can be used against future purchases.

To claim your credit you will need to email info@swimsecure.co.uk with details of the product and fault, and a photo of the fault. This will enable us to record the fault and raise any recurring issues with our manufacturer. We do not require the faulty product to be returned to us.

Your credit will be processed and available to use against a future purchase within five working days.
