Shipping policy

WHOLESALE SHIPPING PRICES

All orders are dispatched using Parcel Force who collect mid-morning. Orders placed before 9am are usually dispatched the same day. At times of high demand orders may be dispatched the next working day. 

While most delivery services are back to normal there may be some localised delays due to staffing or other issues. If you require an order by a certain date please bear this in mind and consider using the express option to ensure your order arrives in plenty of time. 

Mainland UK Standard Shipping

Our Standard Shipping is Parcel Force tracked 48 hour delivery and costs £10.

You will receive a tracking code from Parcel Force once your order has been dispatched. 

Mainland UK Express Shipping

Orders sent using Express Shipping will be dispatched with DHL Express tracked delivery and costs £15. Order before 9am for same day dispatch. DHL Express is a next day service. Orders placed after 9am will be dispatch the next working day. 

You will receive a tracking code from DHL once your order has been dispatched.

Isle of Man & Channel Islands

Deliveries to the Isle of Man and Channel Islands are sent using Parcel Force and charged at £15.

You will receive a tracking code from Parcel Force once your order has been dispatched.

European Union

Shipping to the EU is charged at £20 and is sent using GLS from our EU warehouse in Ireland. As your order is being dispatched from within the EU you will not be charged VAT or import duties. Please ensure you have provided your EORI number to ensure we can dispatch your order from our EU warehouse.
